2.1 Targeting emails

Aymax uses a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) database to manage and track its marketing efforts. Our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) databases include personal data relating to members or associates of our customers or other partners with whom we have a business relationship, or with whom we wish to develop a business relationship. The personal data used for these purposes includes business information necessary to develop a business relationship, such as: contact data (e.g. first and last names, business contact details), publicly available information (e.g. board of directors, published articles, press releases, messages published publicly for business purposes, social media messages, responses to targeted emails).    
   
3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES 
We do not sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information (IP address, form details) to third parties.
