OUR DNA: THE TEAM

Maxime Cariou, a business consultant, founded Aymax in 2014, and it is now a DSP with a broad set of capabilities and a solid team-driven strategy to sustainable growth. Our strength stems from our sense of community. We have a staff of over 200 people working across four nations: France, Tunisia, Egypt, and Belgium. We are fortunate to have a group of smart, diligent, and committed people who together make up our collective intelligence. Together, we can accomplish even the most difficult tasks and set ourselves up for future success.

By sharing skills and expertise to our teams, we share our knowledge. By including everyone in our activities and events, we spread our values.  

Our staff members are encouraged to participate in programs that promote preventive and humanitarian aid throughout the year. Through the organisation of workshops and the development of POCs that showcase our projects, we also share our expertise to the younger members of our teams. All of these and many other experiences help to organise our team and improve the standard of our working lives.
